Lyncs

Lyncs is the alt-pop project of singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Jackie Hynes, originally from Lancaster. Since her 2019 debut, she has built a distinctive sound shaped by cinematic production, sharp hooks, and emotionally candid songwriting.

Now based in Los Angeles, Lyncs writes and produces her own music, blending indie-pop sensibility with alternative textures, soaring choruses, and deeply sincere lyricism. Inspired by artists like Lorde, The 1975, and The Japanese House, her songs explore relationships, nostalgia, identity, and the aftermath of change.

Her debut EP, Every Time I Find The Meaning Of Life It Changes, earned praise from Billboard and American Songwriter, establishing her as an artist to watch. She later released a string of singles in collaboration with producers Keith Varon and Rob Ernst.

A seasoned touring artist, Lyncs has shared the stage with The Ivy, Laur Elle, Cayley Spivey, and Annika Wells, and collaborated with artists including gnash and Jai Wolf.

Cinematic, emotionally resonant, and sync-ready, Lyncs’ music invites listeners into deeply personal worlds while remaining expansive and modern.
